Trenchless Pipe Replacement
It is not always practical or financially feasible to perform a full pipe relining when damages are limited to a single point or intrusion. Non-destructive trenchless point repair can repair municipal sewage lines, well and potable water piping systems, and augment the structural integrity of pipe prior to lining process.
How Does Trenchless Point Repair Work?
Instead of digging up the entire sewer line our non-destructive trenchless sewer line point repairs are done by accessing the damaged pipe through manhole locations. Our repair sleeve is inserted into the pipe directly from the manhole and delivered to the damaged section of pipe. The sleeve is then expanded by our inflatable packer and compressed against the inner pipe wall where it is permanently locked into position.
We utilize the QuickLock point repair system which can be used on pipe diameters of 6” to 30” and repair the following defects:
- Offset joints
- Abandoned laterals
- Root intrusions
- Longitudinal & circumferential cracks
- Restore structural integrity of pipe
Following a comprehensive video pipe inspection, our NASSCO PACP certified inspectors can pinpoint the cause of the sewer line damage and quickly repair it using our non-destructive QuickLock sewer line repair system. This point repair system offers quality, durability and dependability and is guaranteed to last over 50 years.
Unlike other sewer line repair methods that can take days to complete and cause unwanted disruptions to your municipal services. Our trenchless sewer line repairs can usually be done within one day and instantly leave you with a problem free sewer for decades to come. It’s also a non-destructive and entirely green process, which can save you thousands compared to traditional sewer line repairs.
