“No Dig” Pipe Patch
It is not always practical or financially feasible to perform a full pipe relining when damages are limited to a single point or intrusion. Our no dig trenchless point repair system can fix residential sewage and septic lines by sealing the damage area and increasing the structural integrity of pipe..
How Does Trenchless Point Repair Work?
Instead of digging up the entire sewer line our non-destructive trenchless pipe patches are done by accessing the damaged pipe through the cleanout. Our repair sleeve is inserted into the pipe directly from the cleanout and delivered to the damaged section of pipe. The sleeve is then expanded by our inflatable packer and compressed against the inner pipe wall where it is permanently locked into position.
We utilize the Pipe Patch point repair system which can be used on pipe diameters of 3” to 72” and repair the following defects:
- Offset joints
- Root intrusions
- Longitudinal & circumferential cracks
- Restore structural integrity of pipe
Following a comprehensive video pipe inspection, our NASSCO PACP certified inspectors can pinpoint the cause of the sewer line damage and quickly repair it using our “No Dig” Pipe Patch sewer line repair system. This point repair system offers quality, durability and dependability and is guaranteed to last over 50 years.
Unlike other sewer line repair methods that can take days to complete and cause unwanted disruptions to your residential services. Our trenchless sewer line repairs can usually be done within one day and instantly leave you with a problem free sewer for decades to come. It’s also a non-destructive and entirely green process, which can save you thousands compared to traditional sewer line repairs.
